Answers
About these prices
Where the number comes from, and what sits outside it.
01Is this our actual price?
Yes. The bookkeeping tiers shown are Vigor's published monthly fees, priced by how many transactions your business puts through in a month. They are not estimates and not a starting point that moves once you call.
02Why does transaction volume set the fee rather than turnover?
Because volume is what the work actually is. A company turning over ten million on twenty invoices a month is less bookkeeping than one turning over one million on four hundred. Pricing on turnover charges you for your success rather than for our time.
03Does the free zone or mainland answer change the price?
Not for bookkeeping. It changes what else you are likely to need, because free zone licences generally require an annual audit for renewal, so we ask in order to tell you what is coming rather than to adjust the fee.
04What is not included?
Audit, VAT and corporate tax filing, payroll, company formation and compliance work are quoted with your proposal rather than guessed at here. Government, licensing and authority fees are separate and charged to you at cost with the receipt.
05What if our volume changes?
The fee follows the tier. If your business grows into the next band we tell you before the work is done, not after, and if it falls back the fee falls with it.
