Sunday to Thursday from 9:00 to 18:00, and Friday from 9:00 to 12:00, Dubai time. The office is closed on Saturday. An enquiry sent outside those hours is answered on the next working day, and WhatsApp is often the fastest route if the question is short.

Within one working day, and usually the same day if it arrives during office hours. The enquiry goes to whoever handles that area, audit, tax, accounting or formation, before anyone calls, so the first conversation is with someone who already knows the subject.

Yes. The first conversation costs nothing and carries no commitment. It exists so both sides can work out whether there is a job here, and you get a straight answer on your position whether or not you go ahead. A scope and a fixed fee follow in writing if you do.

Yes. Site visits are part of the larger bookkeeping bands, quarterly on the 51 to 150 band and monthly from 151 upward, and can be arranged on any engagement. For most clients the work happens remotely with documents shared securely, which is faster and costs less.
