01Is the consultation really free?
Yes. The first conversation costs nothing and carries no commitment. It exists so both sides can work out whether there is a job here, and you get a straight answer on your position whether or not you go ahead.
02How quickly will someone call?
Within one working day. If you send it during office hours, Sunday to Thursday 9:00 to 18:00 Dubai time, it is usually the same day. If it is urgent, call or message the number on this page instead of waiting.
03Do I have to know what I need?
No. A good part of what a first call does is work out which of these things actually applies to you. Describe the position in your own words and the specialist will tell you what it involves.
04Will I get a price on the call?
For bookkeeping, yes, because it is priced by transaction volume and the bands are published, from AED 599 a month. Audit, tax, formation and compliance work are quoted with a written proposal once the specialist knows the scope.
05What do you do with my details?
They go to the Vigor team in Business Bay and nowhere else. We do not sell or share them, and we do not add you to a marketing list off the back of an enquiry.
06Can I just come to the office?
You are welcome to. We are on the 25th floor of Iris Bay Tower in Business Bay. Call ahead so the right person is in, because the specialist you need may be with a client.
